Abstract Traditionally, automotive air conditioning systems have been developed by selecting the appropriate components to meet heat load estimates of a vehicle. The practical approach component selection and testing get desired output is expensive time-consuming. Hence, computer-aided simulation plays vital role achieve optimal results without loss money time. For this purpose, research work develops implements methodology that accurately performance system. An integrated model comprising sub-models for exchangers, compressors, expansion valves has developed. involves assigning each functional forms an analysis cycle.
